To Our Dear and Valued Customers,

We are still committed to helping spread joy, not germs, through flowers during this tough time. Starting today for the time being, we are practicing social distancing across our locations to help limit the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and to keep our team and communities safe.  

We ask our customers to please:

• Shop and place orders online at floristssupply.com, or through a Florists Supply Customer Service Representative (CSR) over the phone, e-mail, or text.

If you’re unsure who to contact regarding your business needs, please call the general phone line of your preferred Florists Supply location, use the contact form found on our website, or direct message us on Instagram or Facebook. Our team is ready to help. You can also find weekly featured fresh product in our coolers on our Instagram Story Highlights and Facebook page.

If possible, we ask that you limit your time shopping in-person at our branches, and, as you already know, stay at home if you are sick or have recently traveled. 

If you must visit your preferred branch, we ask that you please: 

• Check-in with a CSR once you’ve arrived, and wait within a designated area. A CSR will gather and package the products you need and bring them to you.
   
• Pick-up your order in a designated area as indicated by your CSR. We will also prearrange payments prior to your visit to help minimize social interaction.

Our Delivery Services are also taking extra precautions when dropping off your orders. This includes being diligent about washing and sanitizing their hands, observing social distance, and limiting the time spent in your business. We can arrange to have your delivery dropped off outside of your building, and notify you of its arrival. Please let your CSR know if you have a specific delivery preference when you place your order.

We will continue to stay up to date with information as it’s made available, and are here to support our 
customers and team as best as we can. We are hoping to continue to be able to service you safely so that you can keep creating magic and bringing light to your community with flowers.
